The days are getting shorter, and the leaves are starting to turn. Seasonal Shift Hike & Flow is an intentional and unhurried way to meet the change of seasons, inside and out. We'll begin with a one hour hike in Cold Spring at peak leaf season, when the colors along the Hudson are at their most beautiful. Then we’ll head back to the studio to settle in for journaling and reflect on what your inner fall is asking of you. Finally, we’ll transition to an hour yoga flow, designed to help you tune in to the small shifts within you.The experience lasts 2.5 hours, and mats and props are provided. Wear clothes you can hike and flow in, and bring water, a journal, something to write with, and your open heart.
